Turned up looked a lovely hotel ,I booked a twin room with a balcony when arrived at room on 5th floor we had a double bed with a sofa bed and no balcony ,when asking reception staff about room I got such a rude response and told to come back the following day to request a better room to a manager ,if you book please request before hand so not disappointed !! ,breakfast very disappointing ,lovely clean room and waterfall shower can’t complain about cleanliness but not a four star hotel at all .

Excellent buffet, very well located, it is very close to the beach, with very good attention from the staff, especially Ana María the maitre for her friendliness and kindness. The facilities are good; the only negative thing is that the pool is quite deep for people who do not know how to swim, although there is also a heated pool. Without a doubt, the best hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm, I am looking forward to returning.

Hotel has gone out a lot in2 years behind based on the food too bad for us but we coal no more tetug reception also not friendly
