Been here for years, after 7 years deteriorated poignantly!! Food has really been a disaster. You can do a kind of all you can eat at the bar, for with 2 adults and 2 children € 63 euros... for a shame of food, queue for meat 10min!!! Desert doesn't pull ice for the kids on anything!!! Shame!! For the stay they get 2 stars.. because we have our own facilities so do not have to use their houses. Very bad english, only spanish. Children's animation is for Spanish children only. Our kids are scared, they can't talk to them. Any communication! Back off! Too expensive for what it is, book somewhere else! A warned man is worth 2!

I have been coming here for several years for these vacations to celebrate my oldest daughter's birthday. I usually make the reservation in April. This year, just 15 days ago, I had a car accident, and finally today they gave me dates to start rehabilitation. I requested to modify the reservation by arriving three days later and, if possible, leaving three days later, and considering the circumstances, they intend to charge me a €336 penalty for the modification plus the days for extending the reservation. If they didn't have availability, I would understand, but I think it's a disgrace. I will cancel the reservation, and given the circumstances, and taking into account the number of wasps, the fact that the plots are less well-maintained each year, and that there isn't a single damn bit of shade, I will not return. I feel bad because my children love it, but personally you have lost a customer.

We are currently staying in bungalow Taiti. This is our third time coming, and honestly, we are experiencing great disillusionment. We came on a half-board basis, and the other two visits allowed us at least a couple of nights to swap dinner for lunch at the restaurant; this year they have flatly refused, and in a rude manner, with very little empathy. We requested a lateral orientation cabin under reservation, and they gave us the exact opposite; I repeat, we have had the reservation since February. We claimed it, and they told us that they indeed made a mistake but that it will stay as it is. We arrived at the main pool, and to our surprise, one of the three main slides (the biggest attraction for children over 8 years old) has been closed for the second consecutive day. As if that were not enough, the children's slide area was found without functioning jets, with another slide also closed due to lack of water, and with the water in poor condition due to lack of recycling, as is logical. We asked the staff members who were around, and they responded rudely (especially the lifeguard at the entrance) that this is what it is and that it will continue like this for a while. Well, you come knowing certain conditions and they change them, and you are expecting attractions that are not available due to a breakdown. We are very sad because Alania is always a dream of anticipation throughout the year, and unfortunately, we have encountered something that is no longer what it used to be.
