The experience at these apartments has been dreadful. We had a force majeure issue and received no help of any kind. The woman at the reception desk on the morning of our check-in tried to deceive us about the cancellation policy, and on top of that treated us in a rude and disrespectful manner. Upon going up to the apartment, we found dirty items, including the crockery. To make matters worse, the building was full of noisy people who prevented us from getting any rest. An absolute nightmare.

Absolutely loved these apartments. Spacious with 2 balconies and everything you need in the kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc) and there’s even another outdoor type area to hang your washing out. The staff are helpful, polite and professional. The pool was cleaned daily and it’s very secure. The pool doesn’t open until 10am daily which gives you time to go out for breakfast beforehand. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and just 2 min walk from the main strip. We’ll be staying here again.

Great Apartments. Very well equipped. Good size. Excellent location(5 minutes stroll to middle of Levante beach). Secure. Very friendly staff 👍. Pool is small but grand. Nice little pool bar. Stayed on ground floor right in front of the pool. Grown up family of 5. Loved it😍. Been to almost everywhere in Benidorm, after 15 trips I'll definitely be staying here again next time.
