The location is excellent for me. The dining room... we went with full board. A true disgrace from start to finish. It is very small, the tables are very, very close together, it is excessively complicated to go to the buffet and return to the table assigned to you. I believe that all the guests who had some meal plan contracted did not apologize as many times in our entire lives as we did there in just one day. Because it literally feels like constantly bumping into each other, whether you are sitting or getting up to grab something from the buffet. The cleanliness of the dining room is disgusting; not getting anything is a true miracle. You eat with a lot of stress. And if you want to eat (the food... that's another story... going to the burger place on any corner is even more recommended)... Go at 1:00 PM or 1:30 PM and dinner at 8:00 PM or 8:30 PM. After that... it is a true horror. It is truly the worst I have ever seen regarding dining rooms, dining room staff, and food. And I am not delicate at all. If I were to return to that place... which will not be the case, it would only be for accommodation.

We stayed for a family holiday in Benidorm, the welcome was great is the Lord at the reception who immediately welcomed us at 9 pm made us leave our backpacks and we took the children to dinner, thanks to him who organized everything immediately. We asked for a family room and were given a very nice room with a double bed, spotless bathroom and inside another room for children with attached television, a room inside the room with door. We were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was simple but there was everything 'that could serve biscuits, cereal, milk tea, juices, coffee, fresh fruit eggs always, bacon sandwiches, toast in short quite a choice. The discreet dinner there was always pizza , potato chips for the children , fish vegetables such as spinach, boiled potatoes. It could improve the menu with some other first type paella, risotto or pasta but we were lucky anyway. It is a hotel with a high percentage of elderly people in fact in the evening often play bingo or do karaoke in the lobby. We liked the proximity to everything, beach, shops, and the friendliness of all those who worked there. On the terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool with deck chairs, small and cold but all in all cute. They could add a children's area with something for their stay, to entertain them, an area with computers, a playstation, or canned games. There are several areas with sofas to be able to feel comfortable in the reception area even with doors to close. We congratulate the hotel because we were really good and a round of applause to those who do the cleaning because the towels and beds have always been changed and arranged and the rooms every day in order. Great value for money. We recommend raising the bar with some extra service like a welcome drink, something offered at the bar in the evening or afternoon, a corner with candy or cookies that we Italians like so much. It is a central hotel with difficulty parking in the area, the reception staff is friendly especially Juanjo who was the one we dealt with the most. I had requested two exterior double rooms and we were given them the second night because there was no availability. Apart from spending the first night in a room that we did not like, when we were given the other one we suffered a water breakdown that came from a tube above our terrace that wet everything we had lying, we went down to reception because we did not know what number had to be dialed on the phone of the room, immediately went up and cut that water outlet, the attention was quick. The rooms are renovated and modern, the bidet of the bathrooms has no plug to be able to fill it, has some sunken mattresses and some pillows better than others. In the restaurant the tables are too small and close together, there should be a sign with the lunch and dinner menu at the entrance. There is a young boy who takes care of picking up dirty food dishes from the dining tables, when he is not there the dishes accumulate on the tables and people are forced to take them to the cart because another dish does not fit on the table, the waiters are used to people picking up their dishes and do not appreciate it. Restaurant meals need to improve: quality of meats, rice, breakfast juices, flavorless squid, pizza lacks cheese and ingredients, very salty zucchini cream... We liked chicken wings, roast chicken, onion rings, bacon, pasta and Americana salad, churros, Reina yogurts, tiramisu, pancakes and Velvet red cake. The terrace with pool is very comfortable, has shades and solarium area, sun loungers, tables, chairs and bar that I imagine in high season is open, if there is no vending machine with drinks. The hotel has entertainment and there is dancing for the elderly every night, and some days also bingo. The facilities are generally fine and it is a family friendly and comfortable hotel, despite everything that happened to us I will give you another chance as long as you find a good price to improve your rating if you deserve it.
