Hipocampos Apartment

We have stayed with friends. Our old apartment, very small terrace and no furniture to be able to be a while comfortably, the shower of the small bathroom with a rather unhygienic curtain q gave repulsive, the noisy air machine. The apartment is in disrepair, the sofa is falling apart and is very dirty, it's disgusting to sit on, the furniture is super old, and the walls are dirty. I can't even tell you about the beds, not even in the worst hotels in the world, with springs, I have slept several nights in the hammock on the terrace, the yellow pillows are disgusting... The cleanliness is beyond praise, the bathrooms have some smells... And on top of that, the price they charge is what it is. The only good thing is the proximity to the beach and the terrace..... And it's better not to talk about the office staff..... The light goes off every 2x3, the wifi is bad....

These apartments have Spa which is very good as an option in the winter months especially with children. That was the reason for my reservation in Dec 2024 as although it has a good location, in winter they are cold, they do not give much sun, especially in portal 3 and 4, but we compensate with the Spa service. Well, when we made the reservation the Spa had been broken for 1 week with no solution date. During the 5 nights stay the Spa was not repaired and we were not given any solution, not even a price reduction or compensation. We had to make an official claim that it is ongoing. Very disappointed by the deal. By the way the sheets with holes and the floors of the apartment and doors quite bad. Anyway, I wouldn't have rented on this site if I knew the Spa was broken.
