Hostal la Paloma II

The hostel is immaculately clean yet unfortunately my door did not shut properly and the window didn’t close fully As a solo traveller this was slightly unnerving. I would also say it is a little walk in and out of the centre Thought it was very expensive for the 5 nights as seemed to be hotel prices .

A clean and quiet hostel, although it passes very close a busy road, has air conditioning and the beds are very comfortable, the pool although very small, serves its function and the small patio is very nice, with flowers and comfortable chairs to sit al fresco. As negative points, the shower screen does not close properly, if you are not careful it comes out. The rooms are quite small and there is no cafeteria, for a drink you have to walk about 10 minutes to the center, although there is a Mercadona about 600 meters. For a couple of days, right.

This is a great little hostel with easy walk into Calpe. It's our second time of staying here. Room is clean and well equipped. Small plunge pool and roof terrace available to use during stay. Parking with Friendly staff.
