Gran Hotel Campello

On the 9th at 9 in the morning I call to cancel my reservation for the 13th at 2 PM, they don't accept the cancellation because they say you have to cancel 5 days before and if you look from the 9th at 9 AM to the 13th at 2 PM there is a little more than 5 days and so they charged the amount to the card which the reservation says they would do upon arriving at the hotel, some unacceptable liars and a very bad attitude

Very professional, beautiful property, kind and competent.

Wonderful staff . Nice clean rooms . Can’t complain for the price . Good stay
