The whole experience was bad, there was no friendly staff, they gave me a dirty room, stains under the bed, disgusting bathroom, no polite response from 3 of the four receptionists, the worst experience of my summer, I would not return and much less recommend it

Everything BAD. A shameful “GUEST TREATMENT.” Super dirty room with stains on the sheets? With hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, insects, bathroom full of mold. An absolutely disgusting place. I would never want to return. Very bad experience. And the staff is terrible. I asked the night receptionist (supposedly 24-hour reception) for a blanket, and his responses were that it wasn't his job, that it wouldn't occur to him to ask for anything anywhere at 12 at night, that he didn't know where those things were, and that he was only there to watch television and for no one to bother him. The morning one was more of the same, saying we should have checked the room and that that was just how this hotel was; in short, very little respect, zero professionalism. I do not recommend it. Save yourself a bad time.

Old fixtures, dirty sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Booking.com's prices are very expensive. If you call the hostel, at least it's cheaper, but Booking.com's prices are a rip-off. The receptionist was very curt and unhelpful in providing breakfast outside of business hours. We were going to the Tabarca Crossing and he refused to give us breakfast beforehand. When we got up, his companions did agree. I do not recommend it.
