I have previously stayed at the Apartamentos Jesús Benidorm Playa several times and been quite happy with the accommodation for the money. However I was due to stay here for a long weekend with my Wife last month but my flights were cancelled and unfortunately my Wife had a heart attack. I contacted them to explain the situation and they replied that I should cancel the booking and strongly inferred I would be refunded the money I had paid. I contacted the booking website to advise them of this but now the apartments have reneged on their pledge to refund. I realise these are difficult times but this was just trickery. I will never go back to these apartments and strongly urge you to avoid them.

Apartments well adequate, staff very friendly. All in all a plesant place to stay, good location. Downside: Changed money up for future trips, left in envelope with other money, no need to use. Upon leaving put envelope in hand laguage which was with me all the way home. When home realised 2000 euro was missing. Informed hotel, they checked apartment, nothing found. As that money DID NOT LEAVE the apartment with me at anytime, can only think someone entered the apartment, whilst I was out and removed it. Nothing else touched. Either a balcony hopper or someone who had access to apartment. Moral of story. DON'T LEAVE MONEY ABOUT. Not accusing anyone. No CCTV.
