I booked this property for my elderly parents and spent MONTHS communicating with the hotel in advance because during their previous stay they were placed in a dirty apartment where even the bed linen had not been changed from previous guests. This time, after repeated messages and a direct phone conversation with the manager, I received confirmation that my parents would be given a quiet apartment on the second floor, away from the elevator and entrance. When they arrived, they were placed in exactly the opposite: a ground-floor apartment directly in front of the elevator and next to the main entrance — probably one of the worst locations in the entire building. What is most shocking is not only the terrible management, but the way they try to make the customer feel stupid afterwards, pretending that no agreement ever existed. If you care about professionalism, honesty, basic respect for guests, or proper communication — avoid this place. We will never stay here again.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment well in advance and when we arrived they assigned us a ground floor apartment at street level, very dark, with two rooms, one of which was completely interior without ventilation and the other separated from an exterior terrace open to the street (no window, with gate) through a door. The bathroom had a very strong, very unpleasant smell. We spent one night there and, the next day, while we were preparing breakfast, we saw a mouse running around the apartment, climbing on the furniture, the sofa, and between our bags. Yes, a mouse. We told the reception staff and they offered us to change to another apartment, which was not a 2-bedroom but a 2-bed room, and a double bed in the living room, but this one was quite bright and without the bad smell of the bathroom, so we We agreed to change. At night we realized that the mattresses were foam, quite soft and uncomfortable. We had to report that the air outlet slit in the split air conditioning had mold. They sent the "maintenance" staff to clean it but they were so careless that they left all the mold and dirt on the countertop of the cabinet under the split. In general the apartments are very lacking in maintenance, the furniture and baseboards are chipped, there is dirt accumulated in the corners, and everything looks very neglected. The kitchenware is of very low quality: the knives do not cut, the frying pan (there is only one) is burnt, and the plates are also chipped and cracked. Smoking is not prohibited inside the apartments and the smell sneaks under the door. There was also a strong smell of tobacco, very persistent, on floor -1 where the reception (there are no apartments on that floor). Even though it was cheap, I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for a short break. There are a lot of positive things to say about the apartments: 1. Alessandro on the reception is very helpful and friendly 2. the apartments are situated a stones throw from the seafront and on the edge of the old town 3. the shower was amazing and the apartment was very clean, even though some of the furnishings weren't in great condition 4. the apartment was very quiet 5. the beds were very comfortable 6. the price was very good. However there are also a few negatives that i think the management need to sort out: a. There was a strong smell of drains that came from the bathroom area and into the whole flat b. There was no plug for the sink in the bathroom which meant my husband couldn't have a shave c. The bedroom in our apartment did not have a window at all d. The flat was dark because it only had one window onto the very narrow alleyway behind. we had to have the lights on all the time e. The flat had no view - just looked at the balcony opposite with washing on The most important thing to mention is that the reception area is only managed for part of the day and after a certain time of night there is no staff there. our neighbours had a flood from the water tank in their room bursting. we tried many times to call the emergency number we had been given (as did a Spanish person staying there) but nobody answered. luckily my husband managed to stop the water and get the lights working again (they fused during the flood) but it was bad that there was nobody from the company to help or answer the phone calls we made. because of this i dont think i would stay again.
