Horrible!!!! The room was very dirty.

Views from here really are spectacular and the set up allows you to enjoy from many different nooks, crannies, bars and terraces. Main pool is quite warm in August and whilst reserving loungers is prohibited, everyone is doing it and the policy isn't enforced so get down early. Buffet breakfast is very good in quality and choice. Pool bar in the day and Terrace in the evening less so with fewer choices and more basic offerings. We had dinner in the main restaurant and I would recommend the duck. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lili and Gema at the pool bar are friendly and efficient. Other staff are effective but can appear a little standoffish. I'm not sure it's 5 star for service or food but definitely is for facilities and wow factor of appearance. There was 1 day the room wasn't serviced and the bar service terrace has to be chased but overall we had a fabulous stay. The little details when you go 5 star are really noticeable.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were so profoundly disappointed that we felt we had no option but to check out and leave the day after our arrival. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a frustrating, stressful and incredibly expensive ordeal. The primary issue was that the hotel was hosting a wedding, a fact that was entirely concealed from us prior to our arrival. Because of this wedding, the hotel was completely overrun. The facilities we paid a premium to enjoy were inaccessible. There was not a single free sun lounger by the pool; the only ones left vacant were on a separate level and heavily infested with flies, resulting in both of us suffering from multiple painful insect bites. The pool is very small and the beach is pebbly and busy with locals. The hospitality was non-existent. The staff were visibly overwhelmed, distracted by the wedding, and unaccommodating. When we brought these issues to the Head of Reception, his response was shocking. He openly admitted the chaos was due to the wedding - which blasted music until 2:30am - and flippantly told us "things would be better tomorrow" once the party cleared out. The disrespect continued at the beach restaurant. We were refused seating in the main dining area and were abruptly informed that the only food available to us was two frozen pizzas. We were made to feel like an inconvenience. The hotel completely failed to mention anywhere during the booking process that there is a nudist beach nearby. While this might not bother everyone, it is absolutely material information that families and many couples would reasonably expect to be notified about in advance. On Saturday evening, we asked the hotel if they could possibly arrange a taxi for us through their own official booking system. For reasons never explained to us, the fare was inexplicably doubled upon arrival. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with good service, do not book here. They will happily take your money and compromise your entire holiday for a private event without a second thought.
