Abysmal food, well past the health limit, continuously replenishing fruit jellies with mold. Steaks for which you need a chainsaw to be able to cut them...... The pool is quite a bit smaller than it looks.

The place is very clean, the bar waiters are a delight, an exquisite and professional treatment, it is a pleasure to talk with them (mateo and Isabela), this was our first time and we left delighted and wanting to return, a wonderful experience

Horrible and embarrassing!! We stayed from June 19 to 21 with full board, and it was a true disaster and a deception. The meals and dinners were inedible and had little to no variety. There were two options for meat or fish, and both were terrible. Not to mention the food that could be grilled… zero variety, and on Sunday, there was only one fish option to grill, with no meat option offered… what a disaster. Not to mention that we were with two little girls, and the poor things did not eat a bite, not even some sad plain spaghetti that could have a little tomato, nor some simple chicken breasts that could be grilled. We paid for a buffet that they didn’t even touch. I could keep writing negative reviews about the food, but it makes me too lazy to write about all the bad and NEGATIVE aspects. It is true that the restaurant and kitchen staff did everything possible to make us feel "comfortable" since they are not to blame if they are not provided with good quality ingredients to prepare the meals or dinners. Not to mention the rooms… old and dirty, with a curtain in the bathroom that… We will never return; it has been disappointing in every way. HORRIBLE!!
