Booked knowing that the hotel was very Spanish BUT only reception and the lifeguards could speak English. Warm welcome. Clean rooms A very busy hotel. We went half board - choices were reasonable and regularly restocked but most meats were overcooked. Super playground for the kids which was perfect once the temperature dropped. Not one word of English in the mini disco so the girls didnt use the facility. Clean hotel with a super pool and great splash pool. The only drawback was the hike up a hill with pram and equipment to the splash pool. Towel hire well worth it with daily changes. Shop on site - mainly gadgets and toys but manned by a super team that were able to speak to us in English Perfectly placed across the road from a superb beach. Good courtesy shower room facilities. The bus stops directly across from the hotel and offers a super hourly service. It is worth noting that many bars are closed directly outside the hotel.

The best part is the large, lake-shaped pool and it is warm; the small pool is far from the large one, you have to go up a huge hill, it is very cool and salty, quite cold for my taste. The food is quality, the best part is breakfast, the rest is very repetitive and not very varied, the cleanliness of the rooms is average, a phrase from a girl who cleans the rooms... now or never when we were wet and had to change to go to lunch... very ugly, honestly. I left the room at nine in the morning and we went to change at one-thirty and I was not going to leave dripping wet. I think they had more than enough time for cleaning. In the end... I hope she was outside and cleaned it because I didn't answer her well and I knew she was going to go complain. We have been here five days and they have had to close the large pool three times due to baby poop leaks. I suggest more surveillance, those of us who go for five days do so because we want our children to enjoy themselves and not have the pool closed on us every other minute, and that is fixed with protocols which I did not see. It is a lot of effort that we make for there to be a thousand flaws and on top of that without compensation. I witnessed how they didn't say anything to mothers with one-year-old children without diapers. The rest pleasant, in general good but it is a very barely four-star hotel. The bathroom floors, if they have a tiny bit of water, are a skating rink; the hallways are terribly hot. The rooms are mediocre even with the renovation. They have renovated but there is much left to renovate; that there is no bathroom in the dining room is ridiculous, those of us who have small children have to take the elevator. One day without water and unable to bathe. Good access to the beach. Performances too basic, please flamenco is ours and should be worthy of such. Except for the girl who danced, the singing was not up to par. For what we have paid, it seems excessive for a barely four-star hotel. The elevators without air conditioning.
