Disappointing experience during the two days we spent there without air conditioning; the room was at 30.5 degrees with no alternative solution available. You expect to have a restful experience, but you leave with the feeling that they just took your money. The 7th floor was extremely hot in the hallways, the elevators vibrated a lot, and the buffet was quite mediocre. For a hotel of that star rating, you expect much more.

Questionable trade policies. We booked an apartment for a week via their website. The next day we receive a message that our reservation is cancelled. In response to our request for explanation, the sales department tells us that there was a technical problem. We return to the site to make a new booking to discover that the promotional offers we had benefited from are no longer available generating an additional cost of several hundred euros. We tell the sales department that this is precisely why our reservation has been cancelled! To avoid, this kind of business practice says a lot about how you treat your customers.
