It’s 130am and I have finally complained to reception and the ‘kids’ all 60+ have left the room down the hall. 3 hours of shouting singing etc and I’m at the end of my s&£@. After the threat of guardia civil and hitting the fire alarm things got moving. We all party but not when so near too others. Even the guests were abusive when asked to be quiet. Not my sort of place, family friendly pffftt no chance. Receptions response was slow until the warning about evacuation. As a family hotel it is poor, another sleepless night on vacation to another day of feeling like crap because of others, great holiday (not) I wouldn’t stay again, area slow, hotel dirty and to be honest nothing in here for kids. Won’t recommend and Booking.com will be getting a poor review too. Early morning wake up again from up above, why move furniture every couple of minutes and drag it across the floor to make a horrible sound to make sure your awake. I’d never stay here again, I’d rather sleep outside on the road. It shouldn’t take a guest to threaten action to move things along!! You have been warned.
