Spa Calagrande

Nice hotel in a very good location. We stayed before the height of season and a few improvements for us would see the pool and pool showers slightly heated - pool was freezing and not really useable. We stayed in a Suite - hot tub was also not heated for our arrival, an easy fix but meant we had to wait 3-4hrs for it to warm up. Website images slightly outdated - there are no Bali beds there. But overall a nice stay in a good location.

The hotel facilities are quite improveable, the hotel is rating sloppy not for the cleanliness that great but for need of maintenance for the price it has, the best of the experience the spa and specifically the massage of Olga and Chus who treated us super well

The hotel in general is fine. The room is clean, very quiet, and not overcrowded. We missed a cafeteria or bar service at the hotel, and the pool bar had rather limited hours for peak season (it opens at 12 and closes before 10 p.m.) and a shortage of products like something as simple as decaf coffee.
