A fairly decent hotel, especially for families; perhaps for couples who want some tranquility, it is not the most ideal, among other things because we are in August and everything is packed, but the cleaning service, the buffet, and the facilities are good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We spent a week at the Fénix Family Alegría and the experience was very good. The hotel is nice, the buffet is varied and the food is good, and the service in general was very proper and pleasant. But, without a doubt, we want to make a special mention of the entertainment team: Roxie, Camila, Antonio, Polina, and Mikel. They managed to make our stay much more fun, with activities for adults and children throughout the day. Special mention to the kids' club, where the little ones enjoy themselves, make friends, and do a ton of activities, while we parents can also have a little bit of rest. Above all, we want to highlight their joy, friendliness, and enthusiasm. It is clear that they enjoy their work and convey it to everyone. Terrible hotel, starting with the rooms, super dirty, when we arrived the first thing we found was 💩 in the toilet, they don't clean anything, the pool super dirty, some yellow edges, and the dining room always the same and those carts where they carry food and plates super dirty, we will not return
