Hotel Ele Don Ignacio

The location, I would say, is the only thing that is saved... Upon arrival, the room smelled horrible, like a sewer. The bed is worn out, super uncomfortable, impossible to rest. After paying what you pay to sleep in this hotel, I expected at least a room with a terrace and a good bed. They put us in the only room in the entire hotel that didn't have a terrace. I don't think I'll be back. Impossible to sleep, the smell of the drain was unbearable. On top of that, the room was tiny; we couldn't even open our suitcase comfortably. Also, the pool is a pond; it's functional but small.

We have been very comfortable at the Hotel Don Ignacio. You can tell they have done a renovation and the rooms are very well-maintained, with a large and very comfortable bathroom, in addition to new mattresses and pillows that make for a great rest. The hotel also has a pool and, above all, we want to highlight the kindness and attention of all the staff, always very pleasant and making sure everything was fine. The dinners with a show were a total success. The dishes are very original, different, and were delicious, making the nights even more special. Without a doubt, a very pleasant experience and a hotel we would return to. Congratulations to the whole team! ❤️
