The staff was very attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. They do not have a pillow menu, which was a problem because the pillows were excessively soft. The air/climate control cannot be adjusted. No bathroom amenities (sanitary bags, shower cap, etc.). The breakfast was poor, with no yogurt available (only homemade natural yogurt), little variety of fruit, and scarce varied products. Very good location for walking to the center. I do not think it meets the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

Watch out for phone reservations. They give you one price and then they charge you something else. It happened to us with the price of the breakfasts. How easy it is to look bad over 10€.
