We've been a group of seven friends, three nights. Hotel with nice old decoration but charming in common areas, Very clean. Comfortable rooms with splendid views of San Lorenzo beach. It's worth paying a little more for them. We did not take the accommodation with breakfast, but the hotel has its cafeteria with variety of breakfast products and very reasonably priced. Probably one of the best located hotels in Gijón, close to everything: Cimadevilla, port, Plaza Mayor, cider shops and restaurants... Friendly staff at reception and a special mention for the cafeteria waiter: super efficient, very friendly, friendly...a tenner for him. We'll be back.

A well known place for locals, it’s not distinguished for their “greeting” staff. As if they were making a favor, they are rude and unwilling to give any info but your room number and the cafeteria schedule. They have this sign hanging on every wall asking to keep it silent for other guests rest accordingly but they are the first, at barely 8:00 to start opening/closing doors, vacuuming and so forth.
