Arcea Balcon de la Cuesta

We have been staying several times and always incredibly well but this last time a little more loose everything. We had to order the bathrobes for the pool and we were not given slippers. The water in the pool was fresh, it wasn't like before. And we couldn't make use of the spa. A shame.

Decent hotel that could use a few upgrades. It's clear this hotel was renovated in the 90s but has been kept up well considering. Positives - location, breakfast was lovely, pool is heated, incredible view, nice shower amentities! Cons - no robes in rooms for pool. The room had a balcony and was 2 story - very spacious but it's hard to walk down to the bathroom at night. No furniture on the balcony. No wine in the fridge to ourchase, only beer. Restaurant was closed for diner the night we were there. Slept well but could hear people next door. Overall I would stay again given the quiet location and view.

Very nice hotel but not as exceptional as it used to be a few years ago. A few details that should not be spotted considering the price of the rooms: -Half of the Menu at the restaurant was not available. -No towels available when we were going to the swimming pool. -The king of the breakfast in the past, Jamon Ibérico, has been replaced by Jamon serrano, also prosecco is now not available during breakfast. However, we would continue coming here in the future.
