We had a problem with the reservation, we got sick two days before going. They did not answer the messages we left them and it was very difficult for them to answer the phone. We asked them to cancel free of charge, which we can understand that they rejected but they also rejected a change of dates. They delayed us and spoke to us with 0 empathy and quite a few bad manners, especially considering that we were sick.
The worst of all: they charged us for the entire reservation for not showing up on the first day and they canceled it with no option to go later if we recovered so we could have the apartment free to rent on the weekend and make more money. Of shame.
