THE GOOD: Excellent location, next to Gascona Street and very close to the cathedral square. It has paid parking. Very clean and new apartment. Comfortable bed. Spacious closets. Good air conditioning. Daily cleaning with changes of sheets and towels. THE BAD: The kitchen is barely equipped and can only be used with a microwave. In the bathroom, there are no hooks or hangers for the towels. The hotel has accessibility issues, with steps from the lobby to the elevator, or a complete staircase down, without an elevator, to the breakfast area. This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel; I have been in a room, in a studio, and in an apartment, and it remains my reference location in Oviedo.
