One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The treatment at reception was unprofessional: they gave me a price and then charged me more, which I consider a hoax. The room had basic faults (light bulbs cast, controls not working) and the breakfast was disappointing, far from promised. The main problem was the staff: agreeing to terms and conditions and then failing to meet them, whether because of lack of clarity or simple deception, demonstrates a total lack of professionalism. A pretentious hotel that does not meet the minimum in Service or attention. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Family hotel in Nueva de Llanes. It has parking and comfortable rooms. Sheep graze in the garden. Downstairs down to the restaurant, which has a herrrio of your property. Homemade Asturian food, quality, quantity and friendliness. Recommendation, accompany with a rich local cider.

We have come to this hotel as students of a high school and we have found a room for 5 people, without wardrobe or mirror, or balcony, a huge disappointment. Also in the room 5 people are like flies in a matchbox.
