Spa La Hacienda Don Juan

Very expensive for what is offered. In a large house but a bit run-down with many details neglected. They do not call you until after 3 p.m. to say that the room is ready. I left something in the room, they did not find anything, nor did they return my call to let me know, nor did they care.

We celebrated my father’s 90th birthday at the Silken Hacienda Hotel in Don Juan on March 21. There was nothing that could be improved, everything was perfect, highlighting especially Laura and Lorraine's treatment of all those who attended the meal on the 21st and breakfast on the 22nd. The food could not be richer and more abundant. Special mention to Luisa (director) for all the facilities she gave us for the organization. They did not hinder any request from us. Great PROFESSIONALS, with capital letters 😉😉😉

The hotel is very good but I do not find it logical to have to pay for leaving the car in its parking (street parking). In the past it was not like this and I think it is a mistake to change.
