Tryp Rey Pelayo

We always stayed at this hotel. It is located in an excellent area. It has been recently renovated which makes it even more attractive. Whenever I come to Gijon I'll stay here

We were at Easter 2026. Hotel located five worlds walk from the beach. And 15 minutes from the old town. The room, well sized, double bed. You rest well. No noise. Minibar. Full bathroom with bathtub. No amenities. Right cleaning. The parking area is a bit complicated, but we were able to park. The hotel parking was 18€. Good treatment from the staff.

We went to Gijón for the weekend. We had already been to Gijón more times, and this time we wanted it to be near the Molinón, as we were going to see a game there. We could walk through the center and along the beach, as 1km and a half is the Plaza Mayor and you get there right away. Very good and varied breakfast buffet. The room very well, big enough, there were no noises as it is a very quiet area.
