The hotel reception does not have air conditioning; you are better off outside than inside. What a shame, it has nothing to do with Salamanca. We have requested a fan to have a little bit of coolness, and they tell us that they do not have one; today we are going to suffer. And we want to go to the emergency room because my wife is feeling unwell, and they do not have a little paper indicating where to go for emergency services. You mention it at reception, and they tell you to figure it out yourself. Thankfully, it is right next door (but that is not how you should find out when someone is feeling unwell with hot flashes in an unfamiliar place), and on top of that, when you return, they do not bother to ask how your wife is doing. Rooms: The air conditioning is not working during this heatwave; we are roasting, and they cannot fix it until Monday because it is centralized. Reception: They do not give us a key card to enter the room because they say it is not working, and they have to open it for us. One of the worst experiences I have ever seen. The reception is terrible because they use the same person for both reception and the café service, and you have to wait for them to finish serving beers or to accompany some guests to their rooms because the key cards do not work, leaving you waiting a long time until they can assist you. Dinner was bad one day and worse the next, combined with the unbearable heat in the dining room.

Centrally located in Langreo (Sama) and La Fulguera. It is a very nice building on the outside. Service at reception was always very helpful and welcoming. My room was always clean. Breakfast was good with fruit, cereal, toast, juices,coffee, meats and cheeses. Bar and coffee available throughout the day. Comfortable seating in lobby. I thought the negative reviews I had seen were not justified. The spa downstairs requires reservations that can be made at the desk for €16/guest. I did not use it but it looked very nice. Not many options for hotels in this area but this one is good.

Deterioration and dirt. The photos speak for themselves. Pity you can't publish the smell. Painful! I didn't set a zero since the app doesn't allow it.
