The worst experience of my life, and I have traveled a lot. 12 hours before the reservation, they canceled on us in the middle of August for no reason, leaving us stranded on the street. We tried calling up to 15 times and the unprofessional people at the company kept telling us that the reservations department would call us to resolve it. They never called. It is a totally despicable situation and they have been reported.
