Ibis Budget Oviedo

As of today, 06/17/26, my excellent rating is thanks to two girls from the staff. One of them (brunette with short hair) was very kind this morning at breakfast, allowing my partner and me to make a sandwich from the buffet; providing us with a piece of bread each, aluminum foil, and a bag. Even so, she warned me that it is something that is prohibited here. I understand that there are people who might abuse taking food, but in our case, we paid the corresponding 8.25 euros, made a sandwich each, and took 2 small croissants. While we were preparing it, another staff member, who seemed to be the manager or a colleague, "scolded" us because it is prohibited to take food from the buffet. What saddens me is that we are sure that the one who got a good scolding is the girl who was very kind to us. Thank you! We need more staff with empathy like her. And thanks to the girl who lent me a hairdryer at 6 in the morning.

I stayed at the Ibis Budget Oviedo for two nights with a group of friends and the experience was very positive. The rooms, though small, are clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast is good, varied and offers enough options to start the day the best way. The location makes this hotel a great base from which to explore the region of Asturias. For the quality-price ratio, for the cleanliness and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel to those who intend to visit the city.
