Parador De Gredos Hotel

Excellent location if you like being in the middle of Gredos. Excellent personal team. Dinner in half board was very good.

The main attraction of this Parador is its location: wonderful views of the Sierra de Gredos. And its major flaw is the age of its facilities. It is in urgent need of renovation. The buffet breakfast is good in terms of variety and very good in terms of quality, especially due to the local products. Parking is free, and they have just installed 4 charging points for electric cars at very reasonable rates.

I went to get ice cream on the terrace, but it turned out that the terrace faced the road, not the gardens they also promote. Later, I asked to visit the library where the Spanish Constitution of 1978 was drafted and agreed upon; however, we could not see it because it is only for guests, which outrages me because if we contribute with our taxes to these restorations that are part of our history, why can we not also enjoy it without disturbing? I believe we all start from a good education to not disturb the guests.
