We have enjoyed the fantastic outdoor facilities as well as its restaurant, traditional food well cooked and its staff with a great desire to please The ham toast was sublime. Definitely worth repeating!!!

We stayed on the 1st of this month of August because we were going to the Mérida theater to see a performance and the truth is, we left unhappy, it's a good thing it was only one night. From the outside, it's one thing, but on the inside, the room we got was pathetic, meaning it was very neglected; maintenance is completely absent, it leaves a lot to be desired. I would love to see the owners staying in a place like this; they wouldn't go back, just like we are going to do. I am attaching some photos for you to judge. The entrance ceiling is abandoned. The corner where the armchair is located is a real mess. The base of the toilet on the floor, (see photo) a 10-year-old child could surely do better. The toilet seat, I think, it is time to change it. The shower holder, missing a screw, unable to put said shower in its corresponding holder. The bathroom trash can, the lid is broken. (and the hotel has 4*) The terrace door on the left side, a total mess. The other door on the right side is not far behind, what a disaster, but the interesting thing is, when said doors are opened, the seal rubber is fallen, the bottom frame is broken, bent, and to top it off, the floor is lifted, it gives the feeling that you are in a house abandoned 30 years ago. And to top it all off, the terrace, dampness, the table is impossible to even touch. Honestly, what negligence. The next day when I turned in the key, I mentioned to the receptionist that the room needed a good repair; he made a gesture with his face as if to say that is not my problem. I did not file a complaint because I saw it was not worth it, so those who read this information and see the photos I am going to post, let them judge for themselves. I must say that the only good thing it has is the pool, the beds are not outstanding but for one night it is not bad, and the TV. In summary. One less customer.

The hotel is very good, the cleanliness of the room is perfect and that is very important to me. What I highlight most about the hotel is the friendliness and kindness with which Alejandro received us. He welcomed us so that we would feel at home, as did his colleague, a Cuban guy who was also very approachable and attentive to us. I give them a 10! Overall, my stay was satisfactory.
