Well, to start, I was very bothered by the lack of hygiene both in the hotel bathrooms and in my family's room, but the most unpleasant part was how the hotel staff treated me. My 8-year-old son was in the hotel bar with me, and we asked about the bathroom, and they told us we could not enter because we had to consume at the bar. The worst part is that we were consuming at the bar. After this, they looked at us with disdain and ignored us. I do not understand why; it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable situation that made no sense. I will not return.

The hotel is central, but in my opinion, that's all. The staff was quite unfriendly; they seem not to be used to tourism. And the worst of the worst, the food. Staff traveling with IMSERSO should be treated with a bit of consideration; menus consisting of cold, dry fries, chicken legs as black as coal, and the pork loin steak? Why did it taste and smell burnt? If you cannot maintain proper food, do not participate in Iberian events.
