Blue city Las Lomas

The food was horrible, served at the table but inedible; the breakfast was passable although nothing was hot. It is located in an industrial area far from everything, there is nothing nearby, zero entertainment, there is nothing. I do not understand how they can have four stars. In short, I am wishing for the week to end.

I am still staying here, but there is very little staff, and those who are here are exhausted; at 40 degrees in the bar, drinking some beers without air conditioning, this is inhumane.

Dirty towels, complimentary water open, no service, receptionist alone throughout the hotel. The right breakfast.
