Hotel Las Bovedas

Hello, we arrived on Monday, May 25, two colleagues and I to work, and the company booked this hotel for us for 9 days. In these 9 days, they have not refilled the gel containers for us to shower, they have not swept the room, nor have they changed the bed sheets in 9 days, and let's not even talk about the bathroom; the lack of hygiene in this hotel is shameful, and I complained at the front desk, but nothing.... 4 stars, probably because everything is very new but very dirty; I prefer older hotels that are clean. The audacity of the cleaners is impressive; they have done nothing even to disguise it. I really do not recommend it.

Very nice hotel, large room, good bedding. The restaurant was closed, there's a cafeteria right next door. We had a noise problem in the room. Reception confirms that it is the engine of the airco that is on the roof. This engine stops at 11:00 p.m., midnight at the latest. At 4:00 in the morning, impossible to sleep, always this disturbing noise. Sleepless night for us, never again this hotel.

I found it a rather apparent hotel but a bit removed from the city.
