Romero Merida

Very bad experience at the Hotel Romero in Mérida. The reception was very unpleasant and I felt treated differently because of my origins, which I experienced as racism. The staff showed neither respect nor professionalism. In addition to that, the price is much too high compared to the quality of the services offered. The value for money is very disappointing. I do not recommend this establishment and I will not return.

we got in to the hotel to have some reste before continuing our trip, we check in in a big room, but once we turn on the AC, a very bad smell comes out from it. even when we changed the room
