I previously shared that this hotel is great in terms of cleanliness, room, services, and parking. I recommend it for its proximity to the Historic Center, so you don't need a car at all, as well as to the restaurants, to the Muse Muba, which I loved, or to the parks.

I stayed here as I drove back to the UK from a holiday in Portugal. It was high thirties in the shade and the hotel was a welcome oasis of cool rooms, an airy lobby/bar area made for a relaxing aperitif before I retired up to my air-con and the luxury of room service which was pretty good food and well-priced.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to the river, and the staff were very friendly. My disappointment is with the room. It's clean but really needs an upgrade, especially the bathroom, which is old and damaged. I never understand why hotels let this happen. Close one of two rooms for one or two nights, continue to do that throughout the year and your hotel will always looks fresh.
