Bernat II

Overall, we liked the hotel — the food was delicious and varied. The only thing is that the rooms weren't very clean, but it didn't ruin our vacation!

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially with a baby. We first had to change rooms, because the first one had mold on the air conditioning unit. The hotel is clearly not suitable for families with young children. It was impossible for us to heat up our baby's food jars at the bar, at the front desk, or even in the room. The only option was the restaurant, but its opening hours are too late, at times when our baby is already sleeping. The front desk was finally kind enough to lend us a kettle so we could heat up the food jars in a water bath. Another very problematic point: it was impossible to have a high chair in the room during our stay. Our son therefore had to eat constantly in his stroller, which is really not practical. The pool is also much too small for the number of people present in the hotel. We were constantly packed together and it was almost impossible to swim or enjoy the pool in peace. The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed: we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. In our bathroom, we also had very unpleasant odors coming up. The only real positive point remains the breakfast, which offers a very wide and varied selection. Unfortunately, this stay was not relaxing and we will not return to this hotel. We particularly advise against it for families with babies, because the facilities and services are clearly not adapted to their needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism really made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely place with excellent service and a warm atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! We hope to come back again soon. ❤️
