Stayed last week and hotel clean and staff v nice couldn’t do enough for you especially Bernard who welcomed us and helped get us sorted with kettle cups and milk so as we British do we could have a cuppa. Room was nice and clean beds comfy we had a room at corner and glad we did as if you were at front very noisy with La Rambla and market. Breakfast was cold buffet and the only thing wrong was that eggs and bacon cold as they didn’t turn on the hot plate but plenty to eat. Very central for Barcelona but at moment they are having works done on La Rambla been going on for a year and set to finish next 2027 so spoils the whole tree lined look but it shouldn’t stop you staying there and cab fare from airport was around 30 euros and because with all works have to drop off before hotel. Overall very nice stay saw everything we wanted but book well in advance for Sagrada Familia as we didn’t and no spaces till May
