Novotel Barcelona Cornella

A regular at the Accor network for decades, this is the first time I am not satisfied. The staff is not welcoming. Every morning, you have to fight to get pastries or Nutella. Renewing annoys one of the employees deeply, who prefers to say that there is no more stock. It should be noted for future reference that one must turn to other servers. The reception was quite unfriendly and devoid of any smiles, so we decided to shorten our stay. In the end, we were right; Carollina, the hostess who modified our reservation, was just as unfriendly as the waitress. And she didn't even ask us why we were leaving. In short, a big zero for this hotel regarding reception and customer consideration. We paid a high price for very little service!

The hotel was surprising. Nice ambiance on the ground floor. Good food in the restaurant. Nice that you can sit outside to eat or have a drink. The ground floor was busy, there was a DJ playing. There were many fun things for children: PlayStation, gaming tables, large table football, ping-pong table, ... From the moment you got to the first floor, it was very quiet. You didn't hear anything inside or out. It is highly recommended. Both with and without children. Also the parking was super.

The hotel probably has sewage problems. I had to change the first room due to the odor. The second room was a bit better, but there was still an unpleasant smell. Additionally, it would be essential to wash and air out the hallways between the rooms because the 'foot' and musty smell was really strong and unpleasant. Good The Restaurant
