The staff at this hotel is over the top kind and nice. Isaac at the front desk was so very helpful with helping me get reservations for dinner. He even had his manager call to try to request something we really want. Isaac worked so hard and he was so awesome. The bar at the hotel is also a lot of fun. We really enjoyed Sun and Luca. They both were always smiling and very easy to talk to. The hotel is in a very nice location, Location while we were there we ate at Chiumi it was at the top of a Sister hotel called a lab 22. The atmosphere is very fun and the food was very good. We had friends join us that had small kids and it's not typically a small kid kind of restaurant, but they were very accommodating. There was a DJ out on the rooftop and the kids went out there to dance. I would love to return to Barcelona and stay at this hotel. It was definitely Goldstar. One other tip is to take the TUKTUK tour. We did the two hour and it was so much fun and informative.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, off the beaten track just enough. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, with good restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, a grocery store, and a mall nearby. A Hop on Hop Off bus stop is a short walk away. The lobby and restaurant/bar are welcoming. The staff is friendly, and helpful, at the door, at the front desk, and in the restaurant/bar. There is electronic communication to indicate whether housekeeping is wanted. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at Four Points Sheraton Barcelona! The hotel is located in a nice quiet safe area. We were able to explore and walk to the beach, Las Ramblas, and Sagrada Família. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
