Casa Gracia Bcn Hostel

I am very disappointed with my stay. First, the room we received did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. The pictures showed a larger room with a desk, a chair, and two separate beds. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with one double bed and no desk or chair. When we asked about this at reception, we were told that “these are just photos,” which is not an acceptable response when guests book based on the advertised room images. Second, the room was extremely noisy. The noise was not coming from the street but from inside the hotel. We could constantly hear loud footsteps and what sounded like people stomping or jumping above us. It was impossible to relax or rest comfortably. We asked to be moved to another room, but our request was refused. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the receptionist argued that we had checked in at 3:00 PM and only came to complain around 8:30 PM. This argument made no sense because we checked in, left our luggage, went out to explore the city, and only discovered the problems when we returned to the hotel. We reported them immediately after noticing them. The condition of the room was also disappointing. The doors and walls were dirty and showed clear signs of wear. There were black stains in the shower that looked like black mold, making the bathroom feel poorly maintained and unclean. Overall, the biggest disappointment was not only the room itself but also the way our concerns were handled. Instead of trying to help or offer an alternative, the staff dismissed our complaints. Based on this experience, I would not choose this hotel again.

Air conditioning was broken and it was not made The sofa bed is two very bad guest beds that are not suitable to sleep on. We lay on the floor. There is not fully equipped loop in the apartments. We had for example a water glass and a wine glass for 4 people

If you planing to stay Room Casa Gracia in Barcelona pls watch these videos clips b4 you book room I post 4 videos clips on bottom pls have look de I shot these clips middle of night while I was facing bugs issue & also see these pics I got very bad allergy and itchy after 2 days because on bugs bite me I booked this Hostel for 2 nights but I have to leave next day I won't able to sleep all night because of Bed Bugs • crawling all over my body and bed I informed Hostel Management they told me they can't change my room either | stay same room or | leave that's how they treat paying customers also one of staff was not friendly all the best I thought | informed you guys so I did bye ..
