Diagonal Zero

Needs to be renovated absolutely, dirty hallway wallpaper and hallway with a holey carpet, room not at a 4-star level, fridge not functional (never repaired despite my request), A/C too strong and noisy, only bottles for washing body and hair, no body lotion or small feminine amenities. Check-in on Thursday was mixed, tone dry and cold, no smile, condescending explanation for how the garage works. Pool in need of renovation and deck without tile. Floor not clean during days of use. Excellent breakfast and pleasant room staff and very clean room. It was better before.

We are currently staying at this establishment and the service and amenities are not in line with the price. Keep moving.

Catastrophic and disappointed! Hotel really not worthy of a 4-star rating. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, and there is no service. The staff is absolutely not present when you ask them for something. The hotel is severely lacking staff. The air conditioning does not work. There is also a plumbing problem. Condescending and arrogant staff, especially "Mariela". Breakfast is only frozen food. Tiny pool. Paid parking 20 euros per night. Stay away!!!
