On July 1st, I booked a superior room with breakfast included for one person at the Catalonia Boulevard 4 sup hotel for the dates of July 18-22 via Booking.com. I paid 22,817.23 TL for this room. When I arrived to check in, they told me there was a technical problem and they would send me to another hotel (much further away than the one I wanted), and that they had informed booking.com of this. They said they could refund my money if I didn't agree. Unfortunately, after learning this information upon check-in, I couldn't find an alternative hotel myself, and the ones I could find were too expensive. They told me that if I wanted to stay at the current hotel, I would have to pay 260 Euros per night. However, since this price is too high even if I were to book again through booking.com now, I booked a superior room from scratch. I paid 887 Euros for this room, and that didn't even include breakfast.  You said you cancelled the first room and that the refund would be credited to my card within 15 days at the latest. This is outright fraud!! I also received an email confirming both stays were completed, so it's clear you won't be issuing a refund. I couldn't use the room I had previously booked for much less because you demanded more money from me, and I ended up paying more than double. You're a terrible hotel, I'm going to complain everywhere.

Hotel is great but they stole our purse at check in. They don’t control who comes in or out, so it’s not a safe hotel. They don’t have a security guard and they told us this happens to them often that guests have their belongings stolen, right next to them at the front desk… Unacceptable for a so called luxury hotel.

I had a very fleeting stay at this hotel for a business trip. It was very pleasant there. A catered breakfast, buffet style, where you can eat everything for a good breakfast. The room itself was very neat and clean. The location is great. The only pity was that I had no fresh air when I opened my window because it opened to a courtyard.
