H TOP BCN City Hotel

Terrible is too little, we knew we were going to a 2-star hotel but it wouldn't even deserve that, in addition to the city tax of 46€ to leave our luggage in storage, you pay 2€ but you have to be careful about how you put the money because you will not be refunded. Dirty room that was not cleaned day by day, one morning we found a cockroach, obviously dead, and we expressed the problem to the reception to clean and disinfect the room, the surprise? Upon our return in the evening, the cockroach was still there, the girl at the reception (very kind) was shocked and came herself to remove it, the next day we reiterated that the room needed to be cleaned but again, the attempt failed. Not to mention the dust present under the beds, I am sorry but this is a place to avoid.

Staff service is poor, rooms are excessively fine, luggage locker and baggage pounds are charged. There is only one paper cup per person in the room, it is not possible to replace it, the hot tub is borrowed and very dirty. This hotel is one of the worst in my experience.

Breakfast is good but beware if you take a sandwich you will be charged 8.50 extra even if there is no croissant. You are filmed!!! for 2 slices of bread and a slice of cheese it makes expensive the sandwich
