Absolutely appalling hospitality The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk/security staff member working around midnight — the man with glasses and a beard — was unbelievably rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I have genuinely never encountered someone in a hotel who seemed to have less understanding of what hospitality actually means. His attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone whose job is to deal with guests. There is absolutely no excuse for treating guests this way. One interaction with him was enough to completely ruin my impression of Hotel Condal. Management seriously needs to address his behaviour and reconsider whether someone with that attitude should be representing the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience alone.

Totally renovated hotel with very tasteful and quality details, the room really very comfortable, the beds comfortable, the bathroom impeccable. The staff's attention was excellent. We would definitely return; the location is unbeatable. I recommend the breakfast they serve at the hotel's own restaurant, a delight.

Great location, reasonable price, clean room, comfortable bed, fast check in. I booked this hotel based on location and other reviews. The hotel was walking distance to everything i was interested in and the bus stops. The hotel was under renovation so there was some early morning noise. We also had to enter the hotel through the kitchen of a neighbouring restaurant.
