Ramblas

A dreadful experience. The area is quite chaotic and not recommended if you are going for a quiet vacation or with family. But to that is added the No service of the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and they cleaned for us only once and because we asked for it. One day we just requested, seeing that they hadn't cleaned again, just that they give us toilet paper and clean towels, and they made us wait. The place has a lot to be a good place but they don't invest in anything, a single outlet next to the bed, the TV to the side, the balcony neglected, the shower without a screen and water comes out everywhere. The treatment from the bar staff was even aggressive, we asked them for ice and they gave us only 2 reluctantly, I asked for one more glass (disposable) and they denied it to me, when I asked for water for mate I tried to explain the temperature to them and they answered me aggressively. They don't even offer you a little water in the lobby and, although the treatment at reception was good, they denied me the guest book. We even had to witness arguments among the staff. The elevators work very slowly and make a lot of noise, it gives a feeling of insecurity. A regrettable experience

Went with my 88 year old mum, she loved the hotel. good breakfast and its free got rooms with terrace and there amazing the staff are unbelievably helpful. Although its right next to an Irish pub( which is a must) didn't hear a thing and saying it is right on the Ramblas that's good. All in all location, service, quality and atmosphere is excellent would recommend to anyone wanting a decent reasonably priced hotel

Raj the receptionist, provided the worst experience I have ever had in a Hotel. Spread fake information about the city, drove my group of friends into a scam and was impolite with our girlfriends. Would not recommend for nothing.
