We stayed at Hotel Actual for 4 days (3 nights) and the experience was just perfect, well beyond expectations for a 3 star. The location is the real strength: the hotel is located in one of the most "in" and refined neighborhoods of Barcelona. We always felt safe, in a very elegant and very clean area. Moreover, having the Diagonal metro station just a stone's throw away makes getting around the city an extreme convenience: basically everything is at your fingertips! The reception was wonderful from the first moment; the staff is friendly and attentive to every need. The room was delivered to us every day spotless and very cozy. Special praise goes to the details of the bathroom, maniacally cared for: from the set with the balm toothbrush, to the razor, nothing was really missing. In summary: top cleaning, guaranteed safety and a care for the guest that makes the difference. If you are looking for a perfect base to visit Barcelona, Hotel Actual is an absolute guarantee. Highly recommended!

Upon booking the hotel. I paid for breakfast with the reservation. I stayed 3 days and upon check out I was told that I owed for breakfast. Upon looking at my reservation, I saw that I had already paid for breakfast with the reservation. I contacted the hotel and got no reply.

Great starting point to discover Barcelona. Close to metro lines L3 and L5 and a short distance from the center. Room met expectations. That's a good bed and good hygiene. Breakfast was simple good. Yogurt, cheese Iberico ham, ham, egg, scrambled eggs, various sandwiches and various sweets. On the last day we had a piece of sweets. Too bad we only found out how good that was.
