The property is located in a very quiet and safe residential area. The added value is given by Owner Pedro: very kind and very helpful. Me, my daughters and our friends, found everything we needed for our 4 day holiday where we needed a support to sleep and have breakfast. The bathroom was inside the room, small but adequate. Perfect facility to visit Barcelona. Convenient to public transport stops.

Pedro was welcoming and full of great information. The staff keeps that place extremely clean. Breakfast is simple, baguette , jams, coffee and juice-was good for us to get our busy day started. We were able to do a load of laundry for not too much. Private room with private bathroom. Small quarters, but worked for us Safe neighborhood close to the American consulate. A bit out of the way but close to all transportation and shopping. Would stay again.
