It's a shame that it is not possible to give zero stars. I wanted to book a stay via the app around 9 PM. Due to a malfunction or an error in the app, the reservation was made for the same day instead of the desired date. Regularly using the Accor chain, I had paid for this stay with my loyalty points. As soon as I noticed the error, I tried to contact the hotel several times, without success. The next morning, I renewed my calls to find a solution before the stay was charged. Despite my efforts and attempts to contact, I received no help or response from management. The amount of €160 was ultimately charged. What disappoints me the most is not the initial error, but the complete lack of consideration for my situation and the lack of customer service. In light of this experience, I will not return to this establishment and will not recommend it.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are sufficiently large and clean. The hotel is quiet. The location is perfect. Metro and bus connections are in immediate proximity. The breakfast was very, very good. I was very satisfied. The staff was super nice. I was very satisfied and can recommend it to everyone.

We visited for business, the hotel is correct, what stands out is the professional treatment especially of Daniela at reception. Congratulations.
