Very nice, clean, cheerful hostel, near the subway. I recommend it

Bad service. After making the payment via application take off, when arriving at the reception did not accept the payment of the municipal fee via wise. Complicating all options and leaving clear the prejudice against Brazilians. In short... I lost my money and had to stay in another hotel. I'll prosecute them.

Arrogant and rude receptionists, rotten face all the time. My phone and wallet was stolen, I asked for help to call police. He said you must police yourself, I cannot do anything. I had no money , wallet , phone, map to find anything. He didn’t cared instead he called the police against me for talking too loud. Police came and helped me and didn’t listened to any of his concern. Not sure he was purely racist to treat me this way in vulnerable situation or they do all guests. Your hotel/hostel is your home away from home. Unbelievable
